Nora & Chris: La Jolla Cove Bridge Club

Nora & Chris were married at the La Jolla Cove Bridge Club. What an absolutely beautiful place to get married!!!! It was a perfect day with dramatic clouds in the sky!!!

While we were taking pictures of Nora & Chris on the cliffs we notice two guys on their bikes doing trials. This is where they start at the bottom of the cliff and attempt to balance on the top wall. They were both absolutely amazing! We were able to get a few shots of Nora & Chris with the guys balancing!!

30th Wedding Anniversay Surprise Party

A few weeks ago we had the absolute honor of shooting a 30th wedding anniversary surprise party. This party was all planned and coordinated by Allison and Roy's AMAZING daughter Leslie. Leslie contacted us and we were so excited from the initial contact and knew that we would LOVE to shoot such an amazing event like this.

Leslie had it all squared away....she told her parents to get ready for a surprise. She lead them to believe that she was whisking them away on an exotic trip to Hawaii or Mexico. Little did they know that she had been planning this for months!! She had the bridal party fly out and family from all over the place.

I would have to say that her parents were definitely surprised!!!! Everyone had a wonderful time from beginning to end!!!

Leslie, Allison & Roy: It was such an honor to be a part of an occasion like this. 30 years of marriage is so amazing and a true inspiration for Travis and myself!! I told Trav that on our 30th anniversay I wanted to smash the cake in his face also!! We hope to be at the 50th wedding celebration in 20 years!!!!

Family Fun in Carlsbad!!

We were lucky enough to spend a cold & windy afternoon with the Barber family!!! What a great and fun family!!! We had a blast at South Carlsbad State Beach with them...because of the weather it almost felt like we had the beach to ourselves!!! What a gorgeous looking family!!!

Melissa & Wally Engagement Session at La Jolla

It NEVER rains in San Diego...(that's what I like to tell myself) but of course there is scattered showers ALL morning before our engagement session with Melissa & Wally. Luckly, we were scheduled for an afternoon session and the weather was PERFECT!!!! There are so many pictures I love from this shoot that I (well Trav made me) limit the number I posted as teasers. :) Melissa & Wally are sooooo cute and in love and it shows in each picture.

Melissa sent me the cutest email right after our shoot that I wanted to share:

"Wally hates taking pictures but he had the best time. He kept telling me how much he liked having to kiss me :)"

Guys: We can't wait for the wedding! We can already tell it's going to be amazing!!!!

Engagement Session Fun with Karla & Jack

We had soooooo much fun with Karla and Jack at Balboa Park for their engagement session!! We were lucky enough to have almost the entire park to ourselves!! Through the end of the month (I think) the Park has these cool globes displayed to encourage people to recycle and just "be green." Go check it out!!

Karla & Jack: We had an absolute BLASSSSTTTT with you guys and can't wait for the wedding!!! I am sure it's going to be soooo much fun!!!!
