Karla & Jack: The Wedding

Karla & Jack were married earlier this month at Vista Optimist Club in Vista. What a hidden gem! This place was great! They have a great outdoor patio area for guests to enjoy! Karla & Jack decided that they wanted to see each other before the ceremony which gave us plenty of time to head over to South Ponto Beach for some pictures. What a perfect day!!!!!!

They have a great wedding with an even better reception to follow! There was a guest that did the entire dance routine to Beyonce's "Single Ladies" song PERFECTLY and the highlight of the night for me was the dance-off amongst three of the male guests!

Karla & Jack: You guys are awesome! We had such a great time at your wedding and your family and friends are AMAZING!!!! We hope nothing but the best for the two of you!!!

Chelsie & Shiloh: The Wedding

Earlier this month we had the honor of being a part of Chelsie & Shiloh's wedding. You may remember the engagement shoot we did with them a few months ago. They were married at the Barona Chapel with the reception at Grace Community Church in Ramona.

Chelsie & Shiloh: We had a great time getting to know the two of you! We wish nothing but the best!!!!

Angela & Elliott: The Wedding

Angela & Elliott were married at Rose Creek Cottage with the reception at Marina Village. This couple is just amazing!!! They have two gorgeous kids!!!!! They are the most laid back and fun loving couple! You can tell that their friends and families love them to death!

They walked down the aisle to Trav and I's first dance song and then danced to one of my favorite Jack Johnson songs! They had one of the best centerpieces I have seen!!! Each table had a different board game as their centerpiece. This was really cute but also kept the guests of all ages entertained throughout!

Angela & Elliott: We are so happy that we met you two!! We wish you both nothing but the best!!!

Katy & William: The Wedding

Katy & William were married in early February at First Lutheran Church in Vista followed by a reception at the Carlsbad Windmill.

The forecast called for rain and boy did we get it!!!! BUT, as soon as it was time for the ceremony to start the rain stopped and out came the sun!!!

Katy & William: We wish you two nothing but the best and hope that you had a wonderful time on your cruise!!!!!

Danielle & Connor: The Wedding

We were lucky enough to be able to photography Danielle & Connor's wedding back in December. What a perfect December afternoon for a wedding!!! This was Danielle & Connor's one year anniversary from their original marriage date!!!! It was a great night and fun was had by all!!!!

Nora & Chris: La Jolla Cove Bridge Club

Nora & Chris were married at the La Jolla Cove Bridge Club. What an absolutely beautiful place to get married!!!! It was a perfect day with dramatic clouds in the sky!!!

While we were taking pictures of Nora & Chris on the cliffs we notice two guys on their bikes doing trials. This is where they start at the bottom of the cliff and attempt to balance on the top wall. They were both absolutely amazing! We were able to get a few shots of Nora & Chris with the guys balancing!!

Ashley & Bobby: The Wedding

Ashley & Bobby were married at the Mission Beach Woman's Club. We knew from their engagement session that we were going to have a blast at this wedding. Their family and friends were great and you could really feel all the love in the room. Ashley and Bobby gave us plenty of time to shoot pictures of them which really makes a HUGE difference, it also gives the couple a chance to spend some alone time together before the reception. Everything was perfect from Ashley's dress, to the beautiful flowers, the delicious cake and the mood of the evening.

Even though we have shot and attended many weddings there are some that still touch my heart (Ann speaking here). The true kindness and respect that Ashley & Bobby share with each other is just amazing. I have to admit that there were a few moments at the wedding where I had to hold back some tears! (he he)
