Melissa & Wally:: The Wedding

Melissa (aka Christina Aguilera) & Wally were married earlier this month at Humphrey's by the Bay. What an amazing wedding! Melissa and Wally both have two kids each so it was almost like the joining of the Brady Bunch. Melissa was SMOKING hot and I kept telling her that she looked like Christina Aguilera.

Melissa & Wally: Thank you both so much for letting us be a part of your day. We had a blast and can't wait to join you in Cabo for your one year anniversary (wink, wink!)

This picture is a total candid shot that Trav caught of the guys. Wally was sad that he didn't have sunglasses to wear like his guys so he made his own!

At every wedding, the most emotional part for me is ALWAYS the father-daughter dance. I always tell myself to hold it together and to not cry...I failed at this one. This one took the cake! Very emotional dance of Melissa and her father.

Nicole & Jack: The Engagement

What a fun engagement session!!! We had the chance to shoot Nicole & Jack at Pt. Loma lighthouse. As you know, we LOVE the lighthouse!!!! Nothing but laughs with this couple and we cannot wait for the wedding in July!

Maile & Scott:: The Wedding

Maile & Scott were married at UCSD's Martin Johnson House. What an AMAZING place to get married!! It's right in La Jolla on the cliffs but really secluded! During the ceremony and reception you could see the para gliders flying by!

They decided to see each other before the ceremony. We love when couples decide to do this! It takes away a lot of the pre-wedding jitters and gives us plenty of time to get some great pictures. It also allows the couple to get to the reception faster and party longer! ;)

When Travis and I got married we had a Banzai toast. Banzai means 10,000 years and is associated with long life. It's a Japanese tradition and gives good wishes to the bride and groom and their guests. Typically, older male relatives give the toasts. Maile's father did their Banzai toast! I've never been to a wedding when the Banzai toast doesn't get the crowd going!

So maybe I am a little bias since I am related to these two...but I am pretty sure they are two of the cutest little ones I have ever seen. Those outfits are just to die for!

Alaina & Ben: The Wedding

Alaina & Ben were married a couple weeks ago at the most gorgeous clubhouse on a lake in Temecula. It was a beautiful day to get married. Almost felt like summer! In addition to a regular wedding cake Ben's mom also made homemade baklava. Very delicious!!

Jennifer & Josh: Engagement Session in OB!!!

We have been wanting to do a shoot in OB since forever!! Jennifer & Josh spend a lot of time in OB so we knew we found our perfect couple!! Trav grew up near Sunset Cliffs so it was perfect!! They told us that every time they come to eat in OB they stop for ice cream! We couldn't break the tradition!!!
